These terms apply when you use WellPlate. By creating an account or submitting the questionnaire, you agree to them.
You complete a nutrition questionnaire. A nutritionist reviews your answers and prepares a personalized meal plan. We tell you when it is ready.
WellPlate is a nutrition guidance service, not a medical one. Please read the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
You need an account to submit the questionnaire and to see your plan. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Give us accurate information, and keep it current. A plan built on wrong or missing information about your conditions, medications, or allergies may not be safe for you. Do not submit information about another person without their agreement.
We prepare plans as quickly as we can, and we will tell you where yours stands. Any timeframe we mention is an estimate rather than a guarantee. We are a small team, and demand varies.
Any price, billing interval, and refund terms are shown to you before you pay. If the service is free while we are getting started, we will tell you clearly before that changes, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
You can stop using WellPlate at any time and ask us to delete your data. See the Privacy Policy.
The meal plan we write for you is for your personal use. Please do not resell it or redistribute it as your own work. It was written for your circumstances and may not be safe for someone else.
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, submits someone else's information without permission, or puts other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including how a plan is followed and information you did not tell us.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
